Typical restoration steps

• Assessment: We inspect the mural and surrounding wall to document damage, identify underlying causes (moisture, cracks, paint failure), and recommend a restoration plan.

• Surface preparation: Damaged areas are sanded and leveled. Any loose material is removed and deteriorated plaster or drywall is patched to create a stable substrate.

• Priming: Patched or bare areas are reprimed to ensure uniform absorption and a consistent base for repainting.

• Color matching and repainting: We match colors and replicate the original brushwork and techniques to seamlessly integrate repairs into the existing mural.
